Please follow the steps listed below before returning your device:
- Close all of your open windows and applications.
- Delete your files.
- Click the file folder in the taskbar at the bottom of your screen.
- For each of the following (Desktop, Downloads, Documents, Pictures, Music, Videos)
- Check to see if these include any of your files, folders, documents, pictures, music, or videos.
- If you have items in these folders, right click them, select "show more options", and then select "delete."
- Close window.
- Empty (delete all) items from your Recycle Bin.
When you return your device to the Computer Lab Tech:
- Please be signed in and ready to show the Computer Lab Assistant your empty files.
- After the Computer Lab Assistant has seen your empty files, click Ctrl-Alt-Del and sign out.
- Turn off computer.
