Intro to Library Research

Intro to Library Research is an interactive, self-paced tutorial designed to help you navigate and use our library resources effectively. It takes approximately 25–45 minutes to complete and covers:

• How to navigate key library tools
• An introduction to research tools and academic databases
• Essential library logistics and information

The tutorial features a split-screen format:

• The left side provides instructions, explanations, and questions for you to answer.
• The right side displays web pages and other content for you to explore.

We recommend completing the tutorial on a desktop or laptop computer rather than a mobile device. If your screen is zoomed in, the site may switch to a mobile layout, requiring extra scrolling.

Please note: Your progress cannot be saved. If you close the tutorial before finishing, you’ll need to restart from the beginning. When you complete the tutorial, you’ll have the option to email your results so that we can confirm your completion with your instructor.
